The best place to visit near the resort is the Ranakpur Jain Temple which is famous for its excellent sculptures and architecture. It stands on the banks of 'Magai' river. It has a grand and a gigantic pillars which was built during the 14th Century. The land on which this temple has been built was gifted by Maharana Kumbha of Mewar. There is a small town just in close proximity to the temple. The name of the town is 'Rana' and has been derived from 'Ranpur' which was later changed to 'Ranakpur'. The temple is built in respect of first Jain Teerthkar 'Lord Adinath'. It is one of the famous site for pilgrims all over India.
